Stay information

• Check-in from 3 pm.
• Check-out by 10 am.
• Check-in can be in person or self check-in.

Payment

• To secure the booking: 50% of the total via PIX.
• The rest is paid at check-in, preferably in cash. Paid in cash, that remaining amount gets a 5% discount; with any other payment method, the regular price applies.
• If you prefer, you can also pay the full amount in advance.

Cancellation and refund

• After paying the deposit, you have up to 7 days to request a full refund of the booking, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
• After that, the deposit is no longer refundable, because the dates are blocked in the calendar.

Bed and bath linen

• Included: pillow, pillowcase and sheet.
• Blankets and bath and face towels are not included. If you need them, we provide them for a small laundry fee.

Complimentary items

• 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 soap and 1 hotel-style shampoo. We do not provide items beyond these.
• We do not have beach umbrellas or beach chairs.

Items we can lend

• If you need them, we lend: a portable barbecue grill, a hair dryer, and an iron with ironing board.
• Traveling with a baby? We lend a crib, if the apartment has enough space.

• Small and medium-sized pets are welcome.
• There is a pet fee: ask for the amount on WhatsApp when you request your booking.

Shared areas

• Washing machine, a deck for breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors, with a barbecue grill, and open-air parking for guests only.
• Outdoor shower near the deck, to rinse off the sand after the beach.
• The apartment is not shared: only the person who booked it has access.
• There is also a laundromat nearby.

Water and power

• The water at the Residencial goes through an activated carbon filter, which reduces chlorine: shower and tap water is cleaner and has no chlorine smell.
• 220 V power throughout the building.

Security

• Security cameras only in the outdoor common areas, never inside the apartments.
