What it is
Garopaba Sabor is the town's food circuit, organized by the Gastronomy Group of the Garopaba Business Association (ACIG) with the Tourism Department, to strengthen the sector, highlight local ingredients and show Garopaba as a year-round destination, not just in summer.
Each venue creates special dishes for the festival at a fixed price. The 12th edition, in 2025, ran from August 31 to October 5 with about 30 venues, from cafés to well-known restaurants; the 8th, in 2021, had 19. The 13th edition runs from October 18 to November 8, 2026.
What to do
Try the dishes created for the festival at the participating restaurants. In the 8th edition, 5% of each dish sold went to the local APAE.

Tips
Before going, check the dates of the edition and look up the participating restaurants and the festival dishes. On weekends, book ahead: participating restaurants tend to fill up.
