Close to downtown, Lagoa das Capivaras is a patch of nature inside the town, with a special meaning for locals, tied to Garopaba's past as a fishing village. It was restored in 2017 and became a leisure area, with lawns, benches and plenty of trees around the water, home to birds, fish and aquatic plants.
The most visited spots
